There are three king-size doubles, and a twin bedroom. There is also a bathroom, shower room, and a first floor open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The ground floor also has a sitting room with woodburner. Outside there is shared use of the large gardens, and also the all-weather tennis court, which is shared with the owners. There is also ample off road parking for four cars. Greystead old Church makes a great base for a relaxing break.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with FreeSat, DVDs, CD/radio, WiFi, payphone, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Ample eco-friendly grass-effect off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed garden area with furniture and BBQ within owners' spacious garden. Shared use of owners' all-weather tennis court. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 5 miles, pub 3 miles. |
